What shapes flooring work in North York?
The bungalows and side-splits through Willowdale, Bathurst Manor and Downsview were commonly built with oak strip flooring that then spent decades under broadloom. Where it survives, refinishing gives a better floor than most of what is sold today and a far smaller bill.
